We believe that there may be a configuration error with your Yealink phone. In order to resolve, we will need the phone to pull a new configuration file from the phone server. To do so we will need to factory reset your Yealink phone. Please be aware that if your computers network connection is fed from the phone, it will disrupt any network or web based activities you are working on at the time. Be sure to save any work and log out of any sites you are on prior to resetting your phone
- To Preform a factory reset on your Yealink Phone locate the "OK" on the phone in the middle of the arrow keys.
- Press and hold the "OK" Button until prompted to reset phone (approximately 10 sec).
- You will be presented with a message on the phone screen to confirm that you wish to factory reset the phone. Choose "OK".
- Your phone will go through a full reset that can take up to 5 minutes to complete and will reboot at least 2 times.
Once completed dial "*43" on your phone to enter an echo test.
