How to Create New Administrators

Step 1. Login to

Step 2. Hover over Setup → Account → click Administrators

Step 3. Most administrators you'll create will be "Assistant Administrators" which are people who can create cards, manage users, and view activity and logs. They cannot change doors, group permissions, create new administrators, unlock schedules, etc.

Step 4. Click "New" next to the type of Administrator you'd like to create

Step 5. ALL fields are required in the following form. For secret question/answer, you may type "N/A", as they are not necessary. NOTE: "Admin Password" is YOUR CURRENT password. This must be filled out to complete the form. Then click "Save Administrator"

Step 6. You are all done!
